A little hole-in-the-wall Peruvian place. Worth checking out.

Just barely pips out El Aji (around the corner) for closest Peruvian. Piqueo's has better atmosphere but this is close -- about 10 minutes' walk to classic Peruvian tastiness. If Rincon Peruano is full, just walk around to Mission and see if El Aji has a spot for you. [If you should strike out both times, and are set on Peruvian, there is always Mi Lindo Peru, just a couple of blocks south on Mission -- or Piqueo's, over the hill in Bernal, which will compensate you in atmosphere for the slightly longer trip :)]
