About 10 min walk - go right on Palms blvd and walk past 7/11 straight ahead, past Motor Ave and then you'll hit it after a few more blocks. You need a Tab pass (you can buy them there).

One of 2 equidistant Metro Expo Line subway stops nearby. You can go all the way to downtown LA or near the beach in Santa Monica on this line.
