Great place to try the famous Danish open face sandwhich at lunchtime.
This is a hidden pearl in Copenhagen just near Christianshavn metro station. It’s a historical building turned restaurant, where you sit almost out on the lake. Just beautiful and cosy. The food is all traditional danish food with many options to choose from. Also great place if you just wanna grab a beer. Definitely one of my personal favourites.
Traditional Danish lunch and dinner restaurant in beautiful and almost rural surroundings in the middle of Copenhagen

Sørens favorites is "Hønsesalat" and "Ribbensteg" Hannes favorites is "Stjerneskud" and "Kartoffelmad" - but one will do for lunch! Find your own favorite - ask the waiters for explanations.
