Bosq serves "New American" cuisine at their location in downtown Aspen. The menu changes seasonally and will never disappoint.

Great vibe and superb food in this tiny restaurant. Focus on locally foraged dishes, sexy/ chic interior. Owner/ chef Barclay Dodge is one of my favorite. Strict cancellation policy.

Great food & very nice wine list. Cozy space in the winter with a nice summer patio overlooking Wagner Park right in the heart of Aspen.
