Chinese Hotpot - their claim to fame is the collagen soup made from shark bones. I know, I know, shark's fin debate and all that. While we don't support the consumption of shark's fin, we're leaning a little toward this use of the shark bones as it suggests that whoever killed this shark probably used a lot more of it than is depicted in the documentaries? Regardless, you've been warned. It is delicious. And constantly booked out. They take bookings on Chope 14 days in advance and the latest I've ever managed to log a booking was 7 days in advance via phone. They operate till 3 am in the morning. Perfect for midnight munchies.
