It's best to arrive in your own car, the road is harsh and will take you 30-45 minutes. There is an entry fee of $3 Dlls/ppl

This is an awesome place to visit, a Stuppa that was built by the Indian Federation in collaboration with the Mexican government,, it is a bit far away from everything in Valle de Bravo, but if you are looking for a place to have a retreat and encounter the peace within yourself, this is the spot you have to visit.

Gran Stupa Valle De Bravo Bön Ubicada en el sereno entorno de Valle de Bravo, la Gran Stupa Bön para la Paz Mundial es un monumento dedicado a la paz y la espiritualidad. Este imponente símbolo del budismo Bön está consagrado al Venerable Lopon Senge Tenzin, destacado maestro Dzogchen y discípulo del venerable V. Yongdzin Tenzin Namdak Rinpoche, así como de Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. Es notable por ser la segunda stupa Bön erigida en México y la más grande de este linaje en Occidente, con una altura de 34 metros cuadrados y una superficie total de 400 metros cuadrados. Horarios y Actividades: Visitas Generales: Abierta a visitantes de lunes a domingo, de 10:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. Domingos de Práctica Guiada: Todos los domingos a las 12:30 p.m., se ofrece una sesión de meditación guiada por lamas residentes. Esta actividad es especialmente popular y busca integrar a visitantes y practicantes en un espacio de meditación y reflexión espiritual. Visitas Individuales y en Familia: Las visitas personales, ya sea individuales o en familia, generalmente no superan la hora de duración, permitiendo a todos disfrutar de un momento de paz y contemplación en este sagrado espacio. Costo de Admisión: Se solicita una contribución de 50 pesos por persona. Caminata desde nuestro Airbnb: Para los entusiastas del senderismo, se puede llegar caminando a la Gran Stupa desde nuestro Airbnb, lo cual es una excelente manera de disfrutar del paisaje natural. La caminata es de aproximadamente 2 horas de ida y otras 2 de regreso, por lo que recomendamos llevar agua, snacks y ropa cómoda adecuada para un largo recorrido.
