Kick off your visit to the new National Park! Number 63. The longest steel span in the western hemisphere and the third highest in the United States, this is a must see. Stop at the visitor center first. Then drive over to Fayetteville for great restaurants and shopping. Only 20 minutes away.

At one time this was the largest expansion bridge in the world. You have to see this and the massive undertaking it took to build at the visitors center.

One of West Virginia's most visited spots is just a short drive from our cabin. The bridge is the world's longest steel-arch bridge and spans the New River. Each year base jumpers jump off the bridge during Bridge Day.

Fayetteville offers the New River Gorge, one of the most scenic and picturesque spots in WV. There are several overlooks near the bridge. Definitely check it out!
