You have to follow very specific instructions, pay for your boat ride, SUP rental, kayak rental, etc. You have a limited amount of time to spend there and then you must leave for the next set of groups coming. Sugba lagoon is beautiful lagoon on Siargao island. I really recommend to book a tour to this lagoon. Its about 1-1,5 hour by motorbike from General luna, but with a tour they will take you with a van and also provide a food. If you will be interested in this tour i can find a tours for you.
