II have heard this is a really beautiful place with many different gardens. It is on my list of places I want to go. They also have kayak rentals there.

Local nature center offering hiking trails, paddling in Lookout Creek, and opportunities to view wildlife. Nice way to spend an afternoon!

One of my favorite places to go with my son. Lots of trails and naturalists who work there that can help you i.d. many of the critters onsite.

The Arboretum & Nature Center has beautiful walking/biking trails, lots of wildlife, canoe rentals, and more.
