The new public central library is a seven-storey temple for book lovers. Architect Jo Coenen used natural stone, glass and wood in a design that just out at different angles. This is a wonderful place to quietly read a book. And on the top floor is a restaurant with a terrace with amazing views of the city.

on the top floor or the OBA liberary you can make great photo's of our boats. The liberary is a fantastic building to explore architecture and you may play the piano there too (only if you can really play)
