Wonderful large park with walking loop of 1 1/4 miles. Summer concerts, beautiful ferry-themed climbing structure for the kiddos. Home of new pickle ball courts, honoring the invention of pickle ball on Bainbridge Island
If you have kids or just enjoy a fantastic park, this is the place to go on Bainbridge. The park totals 90 acres, is a former naval radio station, and is largely open space with two ponds, jogging trail, two soccer fields, three softball fields, horse area, a picnic shelter, two tennis courts, play areas, two basketball courts shared with a roller hockey court, a large children’s play structure, and community garden plots.

Battle Point Park hosts all Park District field sports, read: plenty of grass, turf, roller rink, tennis courts. It offers biking paths and connections to the Grand Forest via the Forest to Sky Trail. The playground is popular among children, but is undergoing renovation, contact the parks district for more information there.
