Susan’s experience and history includes being the chef of Savoir Faire and the Bistro at Maison deVille as well as chef and co-owner with Regina Keever of Bayona in the French Quarter. She was a founding partner and chef of Herbsaint Restaurant with former Bayona sous chef Donald Link. Susan has made many guest appearances around the world. Slightly pricier but provides a trendy atmosphere with good apps and drinks.

A Susan Spicer restaurant. She is famous around New Orleans and has written several cook books. You won't be disappointed.

A Susan Spicer restaurant. A little bit of a trek from downtown but well worth it _ and really it's not that much of a trek.
