Cafe Vita is the quintessential Seattle coffee experience. The coffee is very good and the baristas are as hipstery as they get.

Caffe Vita is some of the best of what Seattle's coffee scene has to offer. They have multiple locations, but their Capitol Hill location is where their roastery is located. Lots of cool shops and people watching nearby.

Iconic Capitol Hill Roastery and Cafe location of this famous coffee house. Dark interior, two levels, and outdoor sidewalk seating. This location is great for people watching in the very center of it all.
