Phoenix has that great hipster industrial ambiance. Personally I prefer the coffee and bakery at Stove Oven, but Phoenix is super popular so decide for yourself :).

Phoenix Coffee is a locally owned coffee shop. They have gluten free and vegan pastry options. It's a great place to spend a morning writing or reading.
