Amazing tudor building with gardens and a lovely church in the grounds. Go up the tower and admire the views over the wonderful countryside.

Visit England tallest Tudor gatehouse Layer Marney Tower (9.4km/13 minutes by car) built by King Henry VIII’s good friend Lord Marney around 1520, not long after Vine Cottage was built.
