old abbey heritage site out of the way but worth stopping by on the way to Tregaron. Also try Cwtch coffee shop in Pontrhydygroes.

Visit ruins dating back to 1197, the traditional burial place of Dafydd ap Gwilym, the greatest poet of medieval Wales.

A beautiful and peaceful place with helpful and informative staff. Has a tea/coffee shop too.
