Pagan is the Central Richmond's answer to the Inner Richmond's Mandalay and Burma Superstar. Pagan isn't as famous as the other two Burmese spots in the Richmond, but still excellent with the added bonuses of shorter wait times and more neighborhood street parking. Samusa soup is a favorite.

They serve delicious Thai and Burmese cuisine; their tea leaf salad is as good as Burma SuperStar's without the long wait
