Frome has the Dragon Pearl which is the best Chinese Restaurant in the area, with lovely views over Bath Street and St Johns Church (Sun - Thu it has an excellent fixed price a la carte buffet).

Always great service and really good Chinese food - just across the road from the Coach House.
