For wine with atmosphere Le Cave is a must see. It's probably the oldest wine bar in Dublin mainly French Cuisine at very reasonable prices.

Down the stairs from street level is this knick knack filled space for 350 wines and a French menu.

Old school wine bar and restaurant. Excellent value set menus all day. Quaint and chintzy. As the name suggests, this basement location is a little cramped but it's all part of the atmosphere. Huge wine list.
