Tucked into the First Station, the old Ottoman-era railway station complex in Jerusalem, which is itself worth a visit. Terrific food, careful service. On the expensive side, well worth it

Adom is located at the First Train Station compound. A new center for culture, fairs, music and much more. It was built on the foundations of the historical Jerusalem old train station. Adom’s well-refined menu offers a variety of cuisines. In house aged meats, seafood, fish, gnocchi, fresh pasta, and risotto. All dishes are prepared by using high-quality ingredients and many have a Mediterranean influence.
