This is the modern area of the city. The place that was stage for the World Exhibition - Expo 1998 - and was smartly transformed into a great place to visit, work and live. The Parque das Nações is a good choice of district for visitors who wish a calmer and more relaxed area of the city for their holiday or city break to Lisbon in which you will find the Lisbon Oceanarium is one of the greatest tourist attractions of the capital.
