Asian-Mediterranean fusion. Located in the basement of the Mercado de Colón, they offer tapas with a fusion of Asian tastes: dumplings, noodles, spring rolls, samosas, stays and buns. An eclectic mix of textures and tastes with excellent wine and fabulous service.

Inside Mercado de Colon (Colon's Market). A good asian fusion restaurant (bao, green and red curry, thai...) with a lunch menu (around 20€/person or a little less), good opportunity to visit the beautiful old market building in valencia modernist style (not a market anymore)
