Directly across from the Penthouse, offers a great view, park for the little ones & beautiful mature trees.

Great park for young kids. Many benches, grass, trees. Think frisbee or grab a coffee at Tim Horton's or Art House Café across the street and sit on a bench. You might see people doing Tai chi or drinking beers, eclectic crowd.
