Trendy soul food spot. Great atmosphere and kind service. The food is always prepared fresh and it’s so good! There are great vegetarian and vegan options; gluten free and for the carnivore diet, too. Especially good bagels.

Some of the freshest food you'll find out there. Fresh. To. Death. Some of the most creative recipes in STL. So many vegetarian and vegan options, and the best part? A meal for one usually costs under $7. I recommend the double vegetarian biscuits and gravy, a side of blackened ham and a $2 cup of ginger iced coffee. They do, however, offer $1 never-ending coffee if you stay in the store. Hands down my favorite restaurant in STL. My only qualm? Service can get a bit slow after lunch. The food makes it all worth the wait. For those not used to STL, make sure you park near the building.
