My favorite local butchery! A lot of their meats are dry-aged and their sausages are always delicious! Great for buying meats to prepare a meal you want to show off with!

If you want the absolute best dry-aged steaks in a variety of cuts to cook yourself... GO HERE. Nice and knowledgeable staff. 15-20 minute drive from property in North Asheville.
