If you want to know what it's like to drink beer in a Viennese Beisl, then you've to visit Cafe Frame. Provided you don't mind discussing anything and everything in slightly shabby chic.

A favorite local bar, good music, but very smoky, and too smokey when crowded. Nice to sit on the little terrace in front when the weather is good.
