We can't say enough great things about Alex. Pre-arrival communication was great and he really took the time to chat about how to spend his time in our amazing city! He and his gf were amazing guests and left our house even better then when they arrived. We had a little drip in our AC and he promptly alerted us and helped us get it squared away.
