Great location and quality of accommodation. Run by a company, Joivy, whose staff are prompt to respond to messages. Unfortunately the underfloor heating system is complicated and didn’t work during our stay in October so the flat was cold, except in the upper bedroom which is very hot, probably because the heating system is housed in one of the cupboards there. Joivy did offer to attend to look at it when we reported the issue but it didn’t work with our plans so I’m just flagging this for future visitors - do report the heating immediately if it doesn’t seem to work.

We were also concerned that the flat door was wide open when we arrived so my partner had to go in and check it was safe before my sons and I entered. I appreciate these things can happen by accident but it would be good to check carefully in future as it’s quite scary if you arrive at night and think someone might be inside. Joivy did apologise when we flagged this.

very responsive when the shower didn't work. They dispatched maintenance the next day and had it in working order shortly.
