Amy is very personable & a good communicator. She asked relevant questions & took time to personalize the yoga to my needs. The location was beautiful. It was a lovely experience! I would definitely recommend it!

That is unique experience. Everybody must to take this class amazing !!! And wonderful panoramic u can listen the waves and the birds, the ocean is so beautiful the water is dark blue and deep .

Amazing experience. Amy takes the time to understand your problem areas, gives you modifications along the way, and seems most interested in you more than anything else. She is a very kind soul, and it was a pleasure to meet her. We chatted about crystals, and at the end of the session she added some essential oils into the mix to enhance the impact of the savasana. Definitely recommend this experience, it was great!
