Greg’s place was awesome. Super easy to get to—less than 10 minutes from the airport—and close to everything we wanted to do in Phoenix. Even though it’s right in the city, it’s surprisingly quiet and nice to walk around. The place itself is bright, clean, and well set up, with a great kitchen and comfy beds. The shower was solid too. We’d definitely stay here again.

Greg is a fabulous host. This was a cute little space and was just what I needed for my time in Phoenix. I felt safe, comfortable and will certainly return if possible!

I really can’t say enough good things about the place. Personally I’m a lover of historic homes and this is the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve seen. Greg has lovingly restored it while keeping so much original charm. The instructions are really clear with everything you need to know. He’s very responsive and accommodating. One of my favorite Phoenix restaurants is just through the alley behind the house, Ollie Vaughns (breakfast, lunch, coffee, and pastries) . You’re also a very quick drive to the airport, which was part of why we booked the place, it’s very convenient for that. Anyways, if you’re thinking of booking, definitely don’t hesitate and just do it.

It is a great place for 1-2 people to stay!
