The Villa has a lot of outside space which we loved. Especially for kids the front garden can be used as a playground. The area is quiet windy but you can always use a sheltered terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped and some basics were there to use as spices, oil, vinegar, tea, coffee. The living room is not that big but with good weather you mainly stay outside. The TV was not working but Fab found a solution, wifi is good on ground level. The master bedroom upstairs is very spacious. The other rooms much smaller and beds not as comfy. A car is suggested as there is not too much around. Small supermarkets are about 5-8 minutes walk, pharmacy etc. not around the corner. The surfer beaches of el medano are very close, so is the airport. We didn't get to see much of the surrounding because of the lock down during corona times. Fab answers quickly and found solution for some issues we had at the beginning. There was no explanation or welcome paper, which we would recommend for the future for things like TV, kitchen, keys, pool and recommendations for shopping etc. I can recommend to stay in this house, the price is very fair.

Couldnt ask for better host’s then Fab and Guiseppe !! Rented an apartment from Fab in Adeje first but they closed the public Pool because of the Corona Virus so we desided to rent the house in Aréna del mar to have acces to a pool .. both places was FANTASTIC and i Highly recommend Fab as a host ! Had a fantastic week i Corona Quarantine in Teneriffa 😂 .

The freezer is a giant ice cube. The door cannot fully close and it makes a beeping noise. There are ants all over the kitchen. The listing said there was air conditioner-that is a lie. There was also no fan to use.

Un servicio de limpieza muy caro para la situación en la que me encontré el apartamento. Además en la TV no se veían canales en castellano ni casi en inglés. Ninguno de dibujos para poder entretener a mi hija. Estuvimos 3 en el apartamento: 2 adultos y un menor y estuvimos comodas en cuanto a dimensiones y distribución. El apartamento es grande, pero no creo que 7 personas estén agusto en un apto de 2 habitaciones, 1 baño con ducha y otro con retrete solo.
