An excellent evening — thank you, Cyril!
The dinner was delicious, featuring a creative and original French menu with seasonal, high-quality ingredients. That evening: foie gras gyoza with miso broth, low-temperature cod with fresh peas and an incredible Nantes-style sauce, and a pavlova with red berries and passion fruit. Beautiful champagne and wine pairings. We dined from around 7:30 to 10PM and Cyril arrived around 6PM for the preparation.
Beyond the dinner itself, I thoroughly enjoyed my conversations with Cyril, who has a rich and diverse background as a private chef, TV presenter, and entrepreneur. Whether you’re looking for a discreet chef or someone who’s more involved in your evening, Cyril knows how to adapt perfectly.
As an airbnb employee, it was my first time hosting a private chef, as I usually prefer dining out. In the end, it’s a completely different experience — more intimate and personal — all from the comfort of your own home. I’ll definitely do it again!
