Inahaya was not honest or clear in her communication from the moment she booked.

General communication with Inahaya was inconsistent. There were times she responded to us and there were times she did not. She requested to produce video content during her stay for an "existing" platform and was dishonest about actually having the "already existing" platform. There was no way of knowing what her intentions were for staying or recording in the home.

She didn't follow our "no pet" policy and brought her pet with her to the home without communicating.
Smoking took place on the inside and outside of the home against our "no smoking" policy, leaving the home and furniture with strong odors.

The home was left in a disarray with party items, trash left behind on the interior and exterior home, food left behind in the kitchen and in-between sheets. Wet linens along with personal left behind laundry were left in the washing machine. Personal items were left all over the home and check out instructions were not followed and several house rule was broken.

As host, we truly care about our guest, our space and we do the best we can to make sure they're always taken care of and satisfied. We love giving guest a great experience and in return we only ask that they respect the space as it were their own.

Having Inahaya and her group was very unsettling, we were saddened that our home was booked by guest who choose to go against our house rules and not care for the space. She signed a rental agreement with clear understanding and communication prior to her arrival on what we did not allow and those rules were not followed or respected at all.

It's not our intention to speak poorly on anyones character, but to tell the truth and help people realize that our actions impact others.

We have to do better at treating each other better, even on this Airbnb platform as host and guest.
