Not interested in the traditional schooling path I decided to embark on a culinary journey. From Puerto Rico to Colorado, Iceland to Thailand, I love to travel far and wide. It is through other cultures that I learn more about my craft and myself. I travel in order to bring worldly ideas and exotic flavors back home for my guests.
