I had a great time at Kay's place. The room was nicely prepared and I felt very homely during my whole stay. Kay has three cats and one dog — they are nice and I liked seeing them around the house or inside when I came back (though the dog did not recognize me when I had my mask on and barked at me a few times). There isn't much to do around the house, as it's a fairly secluded place, but I didn't mind that for one night. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay somewhere secluded on a trip, but still feel some kind of homeliness as they are staying and does't mind noise or pets. I never felt lonely here, and the house was lively, even though it was off the beaten path.

We really enjoyed staying at Kay’s place. The property had incredible views of the Shenandoah River and the surrounding mountains. Perfect place to see the stars at night. Kay and Petros were extremely welcoming. We would love to visit again.

Kay and her husband were very kind and generous hosts! Their house is BEAUTIFUL and the land around their home makes for amazing early morning walks. Me and my dog felt very comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Thank you,
