Location is perfect and the parking is definitely a plus.

Unfortunate experience -- due to lack of communication from the host I had to end my stay much earlier than I had anticipated.

We had an excellent stay. Private parking was a huge bonus in LA, but I will warn that the spot provided requires you to back out into traffic - wouldn't recommend for drivers who are not confident, but we had no problems :)
Plenty of towels in the cabinet, and while the shower takes a few minutes to heat up it does get really hot which was great! We did not use the air conditioning during our stay, but the space heater was very effective. We also did not use most of the kitchen, just the fridge and microwave, but it looked clean and serviceable.
I was a little worried initially about the noise restrictions; since we were visiting from the east coast our jet lag had us up late the first few nights, but we had no issues
Loved the location, very close to a Frank Lloyd Wright house and an excellent pizzeria and bar, also a quick walk to the sunset strip and other fun stuff. It was our first time in L.A. and we're very happy we chose to stay in this airbnb.
