Connor was very responsive and checked in on everything every couple of days the room was very clean and quiet

I enjoyed my 6 week long stay for a reasonable price. The house is very well situated for anyone visiting UNCC or surrounding areas as well as as anyone visiting in and around the downtown area. It’s a neighborhood of hardworking family folks and is peaceful and quiet.
The house itself is perfect for a single traveler, almost like a studio apartment. Washer, dryer, cooking range and refrigerator compete the amenities. Full size bed is comfy and closet and dresser can hold items for short stays or long. Bedroom itself is big enough if you want to live out of a suitcase. Living room helps stretch out with a comfy chase sofa!
Owners respond within good time and very courteous and reasonable folk, always wanting to ensure your stay is comfortable.

Awesome place to stay if you’re in town for work, or just looking to take a few days to calm your thoughts. Comfortably sleeps 2. Connor was very helpful and I felt welcomed. He will definitely go the extra mile to make sure his guest are comfortable. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
