Il n'y a PAS DE CLIMATISATION dans la chambre même si l'annonce dit qu'il y en a. La cuisine était sale (des sacs d'ordures dans la cuisine). Le logement est bruyant (coin de rue très animé). Il n'y a pas de règles internes pour le partage du logement ce qui fait que n'importe qui fait n'importe quoi. Ce logement est beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité de l'offre.

1. The apartment is a basement (below ground level) apartment. It only has one window that opens at ground level, ventilation is very poor, it’s noisy and people can see right inside from the street. Additionally as the apartment is a basement with poor ventilation it smells damp and mouldy. Decoration is ok and it has everything you need and location is good. But I would never choose to stay here again.

2. The agency is awful. They say they have 24 hour communication. They don’t. If you message them on Airbnb you may get a response within 24 hours. At the weekend response time is longer. They don’t answer their phone line or phone messages. If you have a problem you are on your own and we had several. Most notably they use a very poor app door lock to get inside. If it stops working (which it does) you get locked out and then you have to wait 24 hours for a response. They also charge extra for everything - late check out is 30 euros. 1/10 agency. 3/10 apartment.

You ll share the apartment, not with 1 or 2, but with 9 people! Or even more...

Theres only a small kitchen and A FRIDGE that must be shared the SHELF with an other room.

The room when I checked in was very dirty and dusty.

The Window broken/ cant close very well, i sent a msg to badi the 1st night they never helped me.

The supposed cleaning(that we pay for it) never clean very well or worse dont show up.

We had to buy the utensils(toilette roll, kitchen stuff, bins) cause Badi NEVER gave us anything.

Horrible experience, would never recommend this to anyone! And if you can avoid it as well!!! And for the price they charge, seriously?? Thats ridiculous and outrage.

Mi experiencia en este alojamiento no fue la que esperaba. Desde el inicio hubo algunos inconvenientes con el equipamiento básico (la heladera (nevera) no funcionaba, y a pesar de comunicarlo, la situación no se resolvió de manera adecuada, ni a tiempo.
Decidí cancelar la reserva anticipadamente por este motivo y, curiosamente, poco después me encontré con una serie de bloqueos inesperados en la plataforma, que me impidieron reservar otros alojamientos. Esto ocurrió inmediatamente tras mi cancelación, lo que me indica que el anfitrión habría emitido algún tipo de alerta poco justificada y desproporcionada, que derivó en esta situación y afectó directamente mi posibilidad de continuar mi viaje con normalidad.
Lamento mucho esta experiencia, ya que esperaba una estancia tranquila y sin complicaciones. Ojalá puedan tomarlo en cuenta para mejorar la atención con futuros huéspedes.
