janvier 2024The host didn't respond to my messages about the check in process.
I contacted them again the day I was leaving for my weekend, and they finally responded to tell me they couldn't fulfill my reservation, and asked me to cancel my stay. (never do that, if you want to get a refund).
The Airbnb support is very good.
Hope nobody is stressed I had to find a new stay at the last minute...
I will not recommend to book at Front desk's.

janvier 2024Frontdesk didn't send me any check-in information prior to the first date of my stay, and when I wrote them to inquire about check-in details, they informed me that the location I had reserved was permanently closed and my stay was canceled. This was the morning I was to check in and the first I had heard of this. Completely irresponsible behavior on their part.

janvier 2024Some of the check in details might not have been updated but was able to figure it out. Had internet problems and were very slow to help. Could not access check out process or procedure as everything front Frontdesk stopped working and voicemail when calling said if you had a reservation with them to make other accommodations and they would reach out in 2 weeks?! Like what?! Luckily the apartment people the Airbnb was in were helpful.
