Nice hotel; TERRIBLE ADMINISTRATION! They have 3 properties and they are ALL managed in ONE building. There are some things you can use in ALL properties; some you can only use in YOUR building - and this is all a mess. And if they find you doing things in ONE building that you are not supposed to, they scream at you. They pretty much assult you. Happened to me when I was staying in one building, and using the pool in ANOTHER building. They screamed at me in front of everybody. NO need for that.

We stayed at Pinnacle Resorts for two weeks (two different bookings). The property consists of three separate buildings, all of which share pool access—guests are free to use whichever pool they prefer. The pools are clean, well-maintained, and offer beautiful views.

However, the gym policy left a lot to be desired. While each building has its own gym, guests are restricted to using only the gym in their assigned building. This was disappointing, especially since the gyms vary in size and quality (they said the opposite). Some are noticeably better equipped than others. A more flexible approach would go a long way toward improving the guest experience!

Pinnacle has potential, but to remain competitive, it needs to operate with more consistency - and guest-centered services.
