This is a 6km loop walk about an hours drive from Armidale. You could hike this in 1.5 - 2 hours. There are beautiful views of the New England tablelands from the top of Cathedral Rock.

Great bushwalk (slightly strenuous but worth it for the views). 45 minutes drive from Armidale towards Coffs Harbour.

Great views of the local area from the summits of Woolpack Rocks and Cathedral Rock itself. Granite boulder formations are very photogenic in late afternoon, and several rare birds may be spotted.
